Responsibilities:

The department has 2 associate professors and associate chief physicians, and a number of young and middle-aged physicians and rehabilitation therapists who can skillfully carry out various acupuncture, massage, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation projects.

Rehabilitation of orthopedic sports medical diseases:

Conservative treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic diseases such as neck, shoulder, low back, and leg pain (cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbar disc herniation, knee joint lesion, etc.), tennis elbow, soft tissue sprain, and strain.

Rehabilitation of neurological diseases:

Rehabilitation of apoplexy sequelae, facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, postherpetic neuralgia, etc. through integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Rehabilitation of other diseases:

A variety of diseases characterized by pain, such as pelvic inflammation, dysmenorrhea, temporomandibular joint disease and gout

Characteristic specialty - orthopedic sports medicine rehabilitation

The vast majority of orthopedic patients need rehabilitation treatment. Kinesitherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and traditional acupuncture are key approaches for the conservative treatment of orthopedic patients.

It has formed characteristic treatment in the rehabilitation of cervical and lumbar diseases, and rehabilitation after joint replacement, fracture, and internal fixation.

Extensive experience has also been gained in conservative treatment of sports injury and postoperative functional rehabilitation. It has rich experience and own characteristics in the rehabilitation of knee joint trauma such as cruciate ligament or meniscus injury, medial and lateral collateral ligament injury, shoulder joint and rotator cuff injury, ankle joint sports injury, Achilles tendon rupture, and more.

Advantageous specialty - stroke rehabilitation

For the functional disorder of patients with stroke, the patient shall be systematically evaluated for rehabilitation, and the corresponding rehabilitation treatment regimen shall be developed for each patient according to the evaluation results.
