Notice to inpatients

Dear patient (or family member),

To achieve better treatment effect and early recovery, the hospital needs your cooperation and support while striving to provide a safe, quiet, and tidy medical environment and high-quality medical services.


I. On admission:

1. Please do not leave after the bed is arranged. The nurse of the inpatient ward will introduce the hospitalization environment, hospital rules and regulations, the primary nurse, and the chief physician to you. Please wait for your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Please provide correct contact information and ensure unobstructed communication, so that our medical staff can reach you timely.

2. As the hospital provides bedding, thermos, etc., you only need to bring basic necessities; other items are not allowed. Important documents, jewelry, paper money, mobile phones, and other valuables shall be kept by yourselves. It is strictly forbidden to bring dangerous goods into the ward. Please prepare slip-resistant slippers to avoid falling.

3. On admission, canteen staff will come to the ward to help you book the next day's meal or place an order, and they will also deliver the meal to the inpatient ward. For patients with special dietary requirements, the meal is determined by the physician according to the patient's condition, and the food brought by family members can only be consumed after obtaining consent from the physician.

4. Please keep your Inpatient Prepayment Receipt and provide it to the Admission and Discharge Service Center for settlement upon discharge.


II. During hospitalization:

1. You are not allowed to leave the hospital or stay out all night without permission during hospitalization. Otherwise, any consequences shall be borne by yourself. You can walk around in the hospital when the condition allows. However, permission from medical staff should be obtained for leaving the inpatient ward.

2. During hospitalization, you and your family members shall observe the relevant hospital rules and regulations, follow the guidance of medical staff, and shall not visit physicians outside the hospital for diagnosis and treatment and take drugs brought in without the permission of the physicians. For your and others' health, please maintain a high level of hygiene indoors and outdoors, and do not smoke in the hospital.

3. Inpatients and visitors shall not enter sites for diagnosis and treatment (nurse station, doctor's office, treatment room, etc.), and shall not read medical records or alter patients' files without the permission of doctors, nurses, and other professionals.

4. You should prepay the hospitalization expenses. The hospital will provide your daily hospitalization list by SMS to the phone number you have provided. Please pay the medical expenses in time to avoid affecting the treatment process.

5. The facilities in the ward are placed with uniform standards. Please do not move them at will. The facilities in the hospital must remain intact. If damaged, compensation should be made according to the realities. When turning on the air conditioner, please keep the doors and windows closed. Please keep indoors and outdoors clean.

6. Patients with mental (psychological) disorders may experience accidents such as escape, suicide, and self-injury during hospitalization. The hospital will try its best to do a good job in protecting their safety in the medical process and will make every effort to rescue them once the above accidents occur. In this regard, the family members should acknowledge that the hospital will not be held accountable for accidents caused by non-hospital staff.

7. Please strictly implement the fire safety system of the hospital. Do not use electric heaters or alcohol stoves during hospitalization. Battery charging for electric vehicles is also forbidden. Violators will be punished in accordance with hospital regulations.

8. If you have any requests for religious services, please consult the hospital office (Tel: 88303506) for information on the relevant services.

9. During the COVID-19 pandemic, visitation is not allowed, while video and phone communications are advocated.


III. On discharge:

1. The chief physician will issue a medical order on discharge according to the patient's condition and inform the patient (or family member).

2. Before discharge, you or your family member should settle the bills at the settlement site of the floor you are located or at the Admission and Discharge Service Center.


IV. Please do not offer red packets to hospital staff as they are strictly prohibited from asking patients or their family members for money. All expenses must be paid to the Admission and Discharge Service Center. Thank you for your cooperation!
