Division of work:

Be in charge of the Finance Department, Medical Insurance Department (DRGs Office), Nursing Department, Medical Engineering Department, Public Affairs Management Department, General Affairs Division, Security Division, Infrastructure Division, Catering Service Center, and Business Department.

Assist in budget, performance, internal control management, safety production, logistics management, and safe hospital/campus (comprehensive management and stability maintenance, firefighting and anti-terrorist, and safety production) of the hospital/college.

Assist in green hospital (environmental protection, greening, disposal of medical wastes and domestic wastes, energy conservation, etc.), and leftover problems of Heping Branch Hospital and Hongchen Company, etc.

Assist in the work of the Clinical Surgery Department.

Assist in emergency treatment, pre-hospital first aid, and contacting traffic police, etc.

Also serve as the hospital's press spokesman.
