Division of work:

Be in charge of the Medical Affairs Department, Human Resources Department, Nosocomial Infection Control Department, Service Center for Physician-Patient Communication, Medical Quality Management Center, Prevention and Healthcare Department (including health education), and Outpatient Office.

Assist in human resource management of the hospital/college.

Assist in the medical business, safety and risk management (medical safety, medical complaint, petition and dispute), medical quality/quality control management, public health, patriotic health, health education, health Hangzhou, international medical cooperation, cross-province referrals, etc. of the hospital.

Assist in the Clinical Internal Medicine Department and Medical Technical Department (including nutrition) of the hospital.

Assist in the work of the Hangzhou Quality Control Center affiliated to the hospital.

Assist in external support, poverty alleviation, and the construction of the medical treatment combination (health combo) of the hospital.

Assist in the work of "double circulation", "double allocation" and "two-way referral".

Assist in the work of the Hangzhou Normal University Clinic.
