Responsibilities:

The Pharmacy Department consists of Outpatient Western Pharmacy, Inpatient Ward Pharmacy and PIVAS, TCM Pharmacy, Emergency Pharmacy, TCM and Western Medicine Storerooms, Clinical Pharmaceutics Room, Fever Pharmacy, Decoction Room, etc. There are 97 professional technicians in TCM and western medicine, including 11 personnel with senior professional titles above Associate Chief (TCM) Pharmacist.

The department, in accordance with relevant national pharmaceutical regulations, the requirements of drug regulatory authorities, health administrative authorities, and provincial and municipal pharmaceutical quality control requirements, continuously improves the management of drug quality, drug supply, rational drug use and pharmaceutical service, and carries out the work by adhering to the patient-centered pharmaceutical management and service mode. In recent years, it has won a number of advanced or honorary titles awarded by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, provincial and municipal pharmaceutical management quality control centers, municipal regulatory authorities, and the health and family planning commission.

Academic status:

The department attaches great importance to pharmaceutical scientific research and teaching. In recent years, it has completed a number of provincial and municipal pharmaceutical scientific research projects and won awards, and also published dozens of papers in the first-level professional journals. What's more, it has accepted the internship of undergraduates and students majoring in Pharmacy from many medical colleges and universities inside and outside the province.
